1. Rich chicken broth
This winter's new hot pot, chicken white soup hot pot!
The hot pot contains chicken thighs, meatballs, assorted vegetables (cabbage, onion, white onion, bean sprouts), tofu, and dumplings.
The soup is a rich, nutritious, clear broth made by simmering chicken bones for around six hours, with a touch of ginger for a warming taste.
We offer rice porridge and Chinese noodles as final dishes, but we highly recommend the Chinese noodles with garlic and Korean seaweed.
2. Delicious Motsunabe
The same taste since our founding.The fat that melts from the juicy fresh innards is perfectly intertwined with the crunchy vegetables! The soup stock is a secret Japanese-style hot pot stock.
The hot pot contains carefully selected beef offal, cabbage, bean sprouts, onions, chives, and garlic.
3. Our famous stamina hotpot
This miso-based stamina hotpot is a hotpot that you can enjoy for its deep richness and rich flavor.By simmering the ingredients, the flavor of the miso will soak into the ingredients, and you'll be sure to warm up from the inside out.
It's a perfect hotpot dish to enjoy with family and friends, especially during the cold season.Miso also has health benefits and is rich in nutrients that are unique to fermented foods.
4. Spicy chige hotpot
Jjigae is a traditional Korean hotpot dish that is characterized by its spicy flavor and rich umami taste.
The basic soup is made with gochujang, chili bean paste, and specially selected stock, and its slightly spicy flavor is sure to whet your appetite.
We offer 10 different ingredients, including tofu, vegetables, and meat!
You can also add rice to finish it off and enjoy it like risotto.
As the weather gets colder, be sure to try our spicy and rich jjigae hotpot.
